By this, I mean female models in particular who have strong jaws, etc.

Strong jaws make them most look like the hangers they are supposed to represent.

they need faces to be membered, there is something very appealing to a person with strong features. I think there is something is the human race that is still mentally like our ancestors . strong features means stronger, healthy women. the same as men been attracted to women with hips, subconsciously, women with hip means they can reproduce better, so keep the species alive. I think it's a very sub conscience choice we make when we get attracted to strong features,

Don't know, maybe it's to make them stand out. Personally I've been seeing allot of ugly models recently. I caught an episode of that Tyra Banks show and I wouldn't even approach half those girls at a bar, and they are all so sickeningly skinny, like Nichole Richie, ralph!
