I have a website with pictures. Initially, the home page was ok when it comes to downloading speed. Lately, it suffers slow downloading i.e. the pictures don't load that fast. How to correct this? I have stored the images under the same directory as the home page.

Get broadband. It makes it sooo much faster. But if you already have it well then im sorry but i dont know.

there are three reasons for this issue.
1. the system configuration is not fast enough.
2. Your internet speed is not fast enough
the most important one is the image size of the file size of the image may be too big for it to download fast. Try viewing some other wesite and see if you can see the images fast enough. if you can then the 3rd point holds good. Otherwise... try going for a faster internet speed, because your system can show images faster only if you have a faster internet connection. If this also doesnt work try increasing the RAM of your comuter.
