How do you speak to multiple people in one window, using Google Chat?

Not a lot of people in different windows (i.e. one to one), but group chat, where everyone can see everybody elses answers & respond...much appreciated

unfortunately, you can't. Group chat is one of the features that Google talk cannot do.

Im not sure you can atm only idea ive got is try looking at http://www.customizetalk.com.
