I would buy one simply for you. It would be a present to woo you and whether you accept it would not matter since i would comfortably know that a portion of the moon belongs to you. I could bask in it whenever i wish

Yes and hold it until future generations figure a way to colonize the Moon. Its similar to the Israelis selling land on the West Bank to the NYC Jewish population who subsequently profited when they sold it back as part of the Peace settlement funded by the US.
