There is a film called - Everybody's Baby: The Rescue of Jessica Mcclure. Story about an 18 month old baby who got stuck down the a drain in her back yard in the USA.
It was made for Tv and has been shown on Sky movies but haven't seen it available on DVD.

The title you are looking for is, Everybodys Baby: the rescue of Jessica McClure. It starred Beau Bridges.You may have to check the placing of the words in the title as one or two may be in the wrong place, but i am 100% sure that that is the title of the film. I have also i have seen it out on dvd.
