maybe...just a thought... space is many sub atomic particals (i forget the name) or even smaller when thoes particals run into each other ending in atoms. maybe it like less dence pushes more dence things in one spot rather then dencity pushing less dence away! so gravity would be the hight resulation of matter (low dencity) pushing away the lower resulations(high dencity) into balls or pockets. the larger ones create stars and the smaller ones planets or rocks. but the great preasure of the higher dencity destroys the atoms. so lower dencity is then reunited. i cant understand how somthing can pull its self in to its self.. unless somthing outside pushes it in? mm what do you think please answer!!

That will be hard to reconcile with observations. Consider gravity waves. If these exist (not yet demonstrated), they would have to move at the speed of light. But the Earth is attracted not to where the sun was eight minutes ago, but to where it is NOW. This is going to be interesting to explain.

Gravity is a manifestation of space in the presence of matter.
In a gravitational field,if all the matter could be slowly removed the gravitational field would dissipate.
