Honey it could be your siatic nerve that the baby is laying on causing the sensation of a pinched nerve, either that or your body is having strong braxton hicks contractions preparing your body to deliver your baby. Delivery of baby 2 weeks early is not uncommon. Congrats and good luck...

If it is on one side of your lower abdomen, I would guess it is your abdominal ligaments. Your last trimester, you grow more so this stretches those ligaments more and causes alot of pain. It can cause pain to go from your lower abdomen down to your groin area and even down to your vagina. If this happens that it goes down to your vagina, you may even have a varicose vein there. This is VERY common due to the pressure of the pregnancy. Lay on your right hand side to relive some of the pressure from the left side.

You can also get yourself a maternity belt to relieve some of the pressure. The kidneys would me more pain in your back not in your low abdomen. If the pain is on sitting and standing i am almost positive that it's the abdominal ligament. A maternity belt would greatly improve this.

Hope this helps and good luck!
