OMG..this is the time when you wish pregnancy is over... I am 35 week and 2 days along....and I get hip cramps, butt cheek cramps, calf cramps, ribs hurt, can't breath my head hurts...you name it, I got it...and to top it all of my fiance snores, grinds his teeth, and breaths through his mouth when we sleeps...which I think my hearing is amplified times 10 or something...bc I hear the tiniest snore or peep out of him, and I am up for the next couple of hours...but anyway...good luck with the next 4-7 weeks you have left..

Hip aches, rib aches, back aches, are part and parcel of pregnancy. especially after 28 weeks one's bones become more supple because of the progestrone hormone release in the body. I can only suggest you taking lots of dairy products in your diet and also try to change your body position after a while not let one part of the body take all the pressure. Also walk about as mucha s you can, and ty to sleep with pillows around you to bring comfort. Heating pad helps and also apply some vicks on the ribs if it hurts alot. Breath and relax. Walk about if the pain gets worse when lying or change your sleeping position. Sometimes there is not enough space for the baby after 30th week and so she tries to fit in wherever she can, and so could stretch its legs as far as your ribs, that too can cause rib aches, by changing position might encourage the baby to move away from your rib.

very normal - it's all to do with the pregnancy hormones loosening the ligaments that keep your pelvic bones together, the problem is made worse by the weight of the baby pressing down onto your pelvic bones... my sister suffered quite badly from this. i suffered from this too, but like u, it only seemed to bother me when i was trying to get to sleep. i found the best thing to do was to go to sleep laying on my side, and place a cushion under the side of my bump, and also a folded up pillow between my knees. (try to keep knees bent, so u are kind of in a foetal position) this will keep your pelvic bones stable, and feels surprisingly comfortable ! good luck, u are on the home stretch now, it's surprising just how quick the last few weeks go !

completely normal hon! the rib pain is probably little toes!
the hip pain is your ligaments loosening up, to allow your pelvis to shift position and allow for a wider opening for baby to pass through. it's forever annoying, and hurts a bit.

try sleeping with a pillow between your legs * if your not already* get the BIG body pillows. you want something more that just between your knees. you want something that elevates your leg to a parallel position all the way down to your ankles.
massage helps a bit too. take frequent breaks to just sit and rest.

Some women experience pain, numbness and tingling in the fingers and wrists at about this point in pregnancy. It isn't uncommon for the tissues supporting your hands and wrists to swell, which can cause a condition resembling Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The Carpal Tunnel is actually a bony structure in the wrist. When the tissues surrounding it swell, the nerves running through the carpal tunnel can get pinched.

If you work in a job that requires frequent typing, your healthcare provider might suggest you wear a brace to help relieve some of the aching. You should also take frequent breaks to help reduce the discomfort in your hands and wrists

I used to get the pains in my hips, i got them when I laid on that side for too long. I was lucky, I never had the rib ache, just very painfull hips. I spoke with my midwife on this and she said that it was normal.

It's normal to get these pains. One thing you can do to relieve the hip pain in particular, is to put a pillow between your knees when you are sleeping on your side.
