Because over the 12 year all girl's are growing.
Also their Sex organs is growing.
In a month in girl's body produce a ovum. it is a cell and its life is 2-3 days. When it is die then it produce a liquid. It is come out from there vagina. All girls called it period.
to prevent the bacteria and it comes out through the pans they use napkins.
