Rational Functions Graphs with asymptotes, x-intercepts and slant asymptotes?

Question

Could someone identify the
(1)Domain
(2) y-intercept
(3) x-intercepts
(4) asymptotes
(5)intersections points of the graph of the function and horizontal or slant asymptotes

For each of these problems:

a) x^2-4/x^2-9

and

b) x^3-6x+5/x^2-3

*Problems are independent of each other. I need help on these problems so bad. I just can't identify a lot of the information that is needed to graph these. Please and Thank you

Why can't you graph them? If you have a calculator, just plug in x values for the equation and plot them.
