"Kool-Aid Drinker" Isn't limited to just conservatives others it means someone that blindly fallows, like the James town where religious zealots drank poisoned Kool-Aid because they was told the world was coming to a end.

I think it means, "you drink it up like little kids" that is to say, you eat everything your told and like kids don't ask questions.
I have had people tell me that Fox news is propaganda (all news is) but couldn't tell me the names of any of the news casters. I conclude from that that they are just repeaters and don't think for them selves.
When ever an "Orwellian goose" rants about the war in Iraq I ask them to tell me who Aflag was they never can answer my question. If they did answer it I would ask them ten more to establish weather they even know what they are talking about. Most of them don't.
