Generally if you opt to delete an email account, the mail server would not remove it immediately. It would take a time of three months to delete it, with in which you could recover your email account if you want.

Just try to login with the same username and password and if the account does not exist, then you can create a new one with the same name.

create another e-mail with the same address.
I am not sure if this is going work, but just an idea to try.
Another Idea is to submit a message to the support team.
