You have two options lowering yourself to their standards and trying to come back with something equally hurtful or funny. Or you can just keep on keeping on and ignore what idiots say to you. They are only trying to build themselves up by tearing you down, be the better man and ignore them.

Ar is a complete idiot with useless advice.

When someone makes fun of me, and I don't like it, at the very least, don't encourage it by laughing along. I'm good at comebacks, because I'm a comedian, but if it is a work situation, maybe drop a hint in a serious voice ask the question out loud "I wonder if that could be considered workplace harrassment?" almost as if it is to yourself?

Plus, you know what, you probably have your own friends, and don't need those people. My best friend is also large, and I have had the best times of my life with him. Focus on the people who like you, like us here.

I feel you because I'm on the heavy side myself but I am comfortable with myself and with the way I look and that's what matters. The most important thing to remember is that no matter what, you gotta do you. When haters hate, just brush their hate juice off your shoulders and keep on steppin. Never let anyone take your self-esteem from you. When people stop talking about you, you're insignificant. That's when you need to worry. But until then take that negativity and turn it into positivity. I know it's easier said than done but the point is that it can be done.

I cope by knowing that I am better person than them, and knowing that I am genuinely a good person and not worth their insult. Don't let it get you down...they are just making fun of you because they have their own insecurities they are trying to cover up.

When I was younger, kids made fun of me... I skipped from 4th to 5th; all the 5th graders were sooo mean to me! They sometimes took my things into the girls bathroom, or put it in a toilet! I even got put in a garbage can once, but I couldn't really do anything back, was small for my age... The only reason they did it was because they were jealous =)

once you think approximately that there is not any genetic marker for race - the markers are for melanin production and particularly in many circumstances the markers are tied to diverse features. that is easily a enormously exciting and complex question/answer. finally, that trait won't dominate yet generations later, 2 human beings could have youthful ones who've matching recessive features which could furnish it back out. the least confusing thank you to artwork out this is to look at eye shade making use of actuality the dominant/recessives are a lot much less complicated to foretell

Honestly, my first impression is to recoil back. But, just seconds later my mind is thinking . . . " This person (making the mean statement) is simply being a bully to entertain themselves by watching me react to their statement." It's not about the comment, it's about the person making the statement with the intent to elevate themself by stepping on your back. I personally feel that the person making the 'bully' statement is weak of heart, insecure, I see them for what they are and feel sorry for them. I am how I am and I'm fine with that. If a person doesn't like it. . . they can just walk away and talk to someone else. How do I respond ? I just look at that person and say something to the effect of "interesting comment', and leave it as that. Don't give them the 'show' their looking for. . . know that they are weak hearted and are simply trying to build their own insecurities of their hurting soul. Feel sorry for them and don't give them the 'show' their seeking.

you just need to stand up for yourself. You have to just look inside you and just beleive in what your heart is saying to you. You know that inside. The people who made fun of you probably dont even know you. You're probably a great guy, they are just low lives and they make fun of other people to make themselves feel better, when really, they are just hurting themselvs. So what if you're big?! Just don't be afraid to draw attention to yourslef, be the 'funny big guy' not the 'big shy dork' do what your heart tells you. and stand up for yourself.

If you are not happy with how you look or live, etc. try your best to make a change for the better.
If you can't change your situation, you need to learn to ignore those who ridicule you.
They are trying to make themselves seem "better" by making you feel worse which is a sad thing for them.
