I am woried about my sister she seems to like a boyfriend that hells at her and it verbal abusive. How can I convince her she needs someone better. Are should I go there and protect my sister. Are would I be putting my self in harms way.

One problem I live in San Luis Obispo Californa and she Lives in Santa Gruz California. What can I do. Should I start a new life atSanta Cruz to stop her from going out with a bad guy.

I would be sure of the situation first, then I would be blunt and tell her that I am concerned that her relationship is unhealthy for her and that she can talk with me anytime about anything and that if she ever feels that she needs me in any way, I will be there for her. If she opens up, I'd listen to her but wouldn't cut her hubby down. In her mind, only she is able to do that. I'd just just listen and offer help if she asks for it. Hopefully she will take the steps neccessary to direct her life in along a path she can be comfortable and content with.

Putting yourself in harms way for family is the right thing. You need to put a stop to this before it gets further than him just yelling at her, next is hitting her. If I were you nothing could stop me from protecting my sibling or family for that matter. Be proud of who you are, your sister and your family and make sure this douche knows how you all feel about his antics.

You could try talking to your sister first. See if she is reasonable about it.

dont give up. if he's doing all that he is probably beating her too and brainwashing her. i've been through all that before. do your best because a lot of domestic violence ends in the woman being murdered

go to his house with a nine iron and show him that you don't mess with family.
i would go to jail for my sister. if my sis was getting abused and such i would bash the c0ck$ucker's face in with my nine iron.
