I will teach them to be a better person but before that, I must learn my martial arts till I get black belt so that they wont beat me up or attack me..I'll teach them to get closer to god, support them, give talk that they will enjoy, I'll tell them that Its not the end of their lives..Everyone deserve a second chance..If I'm rich, I give them each and everyone a house and a living and from there, they could start their own live..If they take advantage of me, I still give them a chance.
Don't do torture. Its bad and they won't learn their mistake instead you guide them and let them be a better person.
You won't like it when you're being torture right? Always think about yourself in their shoes first before you do anything to them. They're humans too and not animals.

Have factories send assembly work to be done.
After they pay for their room & board" anything left would be theirs to keep.
