I don't know what made me think of this but: What would seriously happen? Of course people would stay the same age (old people wouldn't miraculously look like 21 year olds, they'd just be a hot old person, and it doesn't apply to babies except they'd all be hot when older of course)

Would this lead to more superficial, materialistic obsession? Since they basically have no physical imperfection, they'd start inventing ridiculous ones and start being petty about little things? And would it turn into one..giant..orgy?

Or would it lead to a more spiritual enlightenment..Hahaaha. But seriously. Maybe then people would have to start focusing on personality more since no one would worry about looks anyway? Cause they didn't have to?

Those super gorgeous celebrities would lose their shine 'cause everyone is super gorgeous anyway? Would crime rate go up since creepy people would be really really hot & therefore have a less detectable creepy vibe?

Just any opinions or random ideas.

I am not promoting this idea as a positive thing and by no means do I think this would be a good situation if it actually happened. . .Just to make that clear. I DO NOT want this to happen, I am simply wondering how everyone would react..

And I know that hotness is relative. But let's just say that there is enough diversity in looks to keep everyone happy. This is hypothetical!

:)

I think there will be no people who can be considered as "hot" or "gorgeous" in your imagined world, based on your premise.
Since everyone are the same "hot", in other words no one are different from others, therefore no one are outstanding.
That may be a horrible world.

We'd all have to have the same idea of what 'hot' was but I'd assume that things would get pretty nuts. Maybe we'd stop caring about looks and suddenly get obsessed with something else like voices or x-rays.

Attractiveness or what is appealing to you isn't going to be the same for everyone. Who we find attractive is made up of our sent glands and a percentage of how that person's body is shaped for breeding. I don't think anything would change. Looks are over-rated, but I guess the rest of us are just shallow.

If everyone has a perfect face or figure there'd be no more competition in our physical appearances but we will still have differences in our inner aspects as humans. Then the beauty of everyone would not be appreciated anymore and soon be forgotten.Because how can we determine who is beautiful if nobody is ugly?

That will be one hell of an orgy! But what u said makes sense, that pple will look beyond it into a person's heart.

You would still have an hierarchy of attractiveness, thats just the way our world is. i like your idea though, but what happens if you don't like pretty boys
