Well, tolerance for one. Realize that everyone isn't just like you.
Hate breeds hate and that goes both ways. If we do nothing to end it, it will remain. I think that we have made some giant leaps, but we have a long long way to go.
Most racism seems to come from the other side anymore. I mean, I don't really even notice a person's color it seems, but they (not being disrespectful by any means - but blacks or indians, for instance) notice mine.
I hope that we do see the end of it, but it really does go both ways. We can't change the past, but we can work on positive relationships for the future.
Merry Christmas!

You can help change it by not being racist.
However, racism is not just a problem of today. It's a problem that has existed since before we can even imagine.
Racism takes place in the dark part of human nature. It's not something unnatural. It naturally occurs within the human psyche.
It's up to yourself to cultivate a good understanding of races and cultures so you won't misjudge, stereotype, and become racist. Understand that all races are equal, no more..no less.
Another way is by promoting awareness, such as the apartheid system in Africa. Just think about Martin Luther King Jr. and what an impact he made. And he was only just one person!
Peace and good luck!

This answer is 7 years overdue yet i think of it fairly is worth discussing. Racism and different structures of oppression can get replaced. people in dominant communities in lots of cases perpetuate discrimination because of the fact it grants them separation and privilege. it fairly is something that people have consistently performed as a manner to make the main yet another team for inner maximum income. even though if; racism is a much extra cutting-edge theory that replaced into outfitted off that concept. It allowed communities of folk to triumph over one yet another, enslave them, take their territory, and oppress them. Now, to respond to your question, the thank you to alter racism is to be an best chum and come across one's very own privilege. Being an best chum supplies persons the skill to unfold information and to coach them on the social shape of racism. those passionate persons are the pulse for the circulate to end racism. And no, basically not figuring out ones race isn't sufficient. color blindness disregards the hazards particular races have confronted for years. you could not anticipate all African people to have an identical opportunities that white have basically via ignoring race. African people have confronted enslavement, loss of identity, loss of wealth and different social disparities which will stay a downside even though if we grew to grow to be a color blind society. it fairly is needed know and be taught approximately what different races have confronted and advance oneself. That, i've got faith, will create substitute.

Internet. Here on the Internet, we see the person you portray. So we get to know how you really are. If people like the person you are, before they see you're genetic coding, then racism can be erased.
Or just kill every body.

It depends on what racism you are refering to.
There are 2 kinds of racism.
1st one is "Hate". It is when someone discriminates people of other race.
2nd one is "Preservationist". It is when someone doesn't want racial mixing because he wants to preserve his race.
1st one is bad.
2nd one is good.
In order to change the 1st racism mentioned, you need good education.
I don't see any reasons to change the 2nd racism. It is the healthy one of the two.
People need to be educated about the 2 types of racism.
