I am spawning successfully but when I remove my female to another jar, it seems the male loses interest and allows his nest to disintegrate thus losing the eggs. After spawning there were also alot of eggs on the bottom which by next morning he had picked up but with little nest, I'm not sure if he ate them or not ????
PLEASE HELP ME. I love my bettas and am becoming increasingly frustrated.
Please HELP.

It's possible that most of the eggs didn't get fertilized. A male will eat them to prevent them from rotting. Of some males are just bad nest builders. I'm not sure removing the female was a bad thing. Most females don't tend the nest, and will eat eggs. Also most male won't put up with the female after mating.

If there still is a nest you may have more eggs than you think. Some males need a couple of attempts to get the hang of things. Some never do.

I don't believe you are "spawning." You may be breeding your bettas and they are spawning. That said, not all male bettas know what to do, some are only interested in the embrace and not the caregiving part. Luckily, they are a minority. Often a male needs to try over and over and over again until he gets it right. And sometimes it's the female who picks up the eggs and spits them into bubbles (the male will often learn from her). I've had a breeding pair both picking up eggs and spitting them into bubbles. My males seem to like to start with a small to medium size nest that gets bigger during spawning (then often seems to shrink afterward but I think that's only because the eggless bubbles are not maintained--always end up with a LOT of babies). And of course, sometimes you have egg eaters. Make sure you've conditioned both fish for a minimum of 2 weeks to make sure they are in prime shape (once the male successfully puts eggs in his nest through hatching, he won't eat anything) and just keep trying (although, give the fish a bit of a rest between breeding to recondition so they do not deplete themselves). Maybe you're removing the female too soon.

No. They the two could be banned untill a guy or woman is eighteen. they are the same precise element. human beings consistently think of that woman circumcision includes removing of the clitoris. that's barely area of the time. maximum woman circumcisions purely get rid of th inner labia and the clitoral hood. that's the same precise element as male circumcision. -Connor
