I went through this from day 1 of my pregancy till I was 8 1/2 months along, ask your doctor to be checked for hyperemmisgravadine (meaning sever vomiting.) At the time there wasnt anything to be givin at the time for me, but i have heard about a drug that can be giving while pregnat called "Compazine", my sisterlaw was on it, they can give you a shot for it, & it also cones in pills too. But it has to be perscribed by your doctor.

Peppermint. I had morning sickness for 5 months or so. Pepperpent oils are natural anti-nauseants(is that a word?). I grew to hate them after awhile, though, from using them so often. There is a pill your doctor can give you, but I couldn't keep that down. Just make sure you keep hydrated somehow. I got to the point where nothing, not even liquids would stay down and had to have IVs. Find some food you can keep down(mine was popcorn) and keep it handy-in every room of the house and your car if need be so you can have something at anytime without having to get up and fix something. Good luck

Look up preggie pops. It will change your life. My friend had morning sickness up until I bought her these. They're also supposed to be good for reducing nausia during labor. It's worth a try, right? There are also the obvious things like saltines, ginger ale (ginger is actually really good for tummy problems), eating small meals, etc. Your doctor can perscribe pills, but my friend felt so fuzzy and out of it that she couldn't stand to take them (she tried 3 different kinds). I have a friend that smokes a lot of pot and swears that it helps...I really wouldn't suggest it. Feel better soon!

i hear ya! im on my second pregnancy and if i thought the first was bad... i have a hard time brushing my teeth without gagging and throwing up... my best advice from experience is somewhat to what you do with a tummy ache, crackers, distilled ginger ale, toast (little to no butter), but make sure you eat something, despite the sick feeling you still have a growing angel to feed :) eat small amounts and try different things one at a time day by day until you find something that works for you... with my daughter i had to eat honey bunches of oat cereal by 6 am or else i was sick the whole day, with this one, my son its an english muffin or a warm cup of tea... it all depends... good luck! :)

I remember those days. I would seriously have to barf before I did anything else. Sometimes crackers and ginger ale helped. Lemons too. But morning sickness has no mercy. Sometimes you just have to ride it out.

get GIN-GINS hard ginger candies. suck on them whenever you feel queasy. sorry but i had to take zofran every day to keep the nausea down. i work fulltime. it was the only way. get some from your doctor. even on the meds, i was still throwing up every day. it's awful! i feel your pain! i am 11 weeks, and hoping it ends soon....also know that this means your body is working for the baby! i know it hurts but it's a good sign!

Ice cold watered down Sprite helped me a lot... also Saltine crackers, oyster crackers. I also used to keep a damp washcloth in my freezer, and I put it on my face when I felt really queasy and that seemed to help.

Probably don't even wanna hear about food during this time of pregnancy....Especially if you are getting th tummy troubles as bad as you make it seem...But what helped me was Snow cones, or the real fruit (Strawberry) popcicles...Of course, I was having morning sickness during the summer..so popcicles were fine...I dunno how they'd be during the winter...but anyway good luck...also...almost frozen lemonade works...pretty much and cold or frozen fruits..

Instead of 3 meals a day eat many... just alot smaller portions at a time.
Saltine crackers help too.
when you get up, get up slowly, roll on your side, then to a sitting postion and then stand slowly
