It's written ''official'' for ensuring all people here that this is not some kind of wacky joke from a desperate loony who pretend to be an Oprah Winfrey in this forum....
So, Yahoo answer team put the tag 'OFFICIAL' for her question. NOT for making her more important or more special than all of us just because she is famous and rich. Not at all.
That's why it's said official for that reason. Everyone surely could use the ID in this forum with famous names possible. I could put my nick here as Ricky Martin if I want. But what would be the different between my 'Ricky Martin' nick and the REAL Ricky Martin if he really asks a question here?

No...it's pretty obvious that we wouldn't be pretending to be any other "normal" person. But anyone could pretend to be Oprah. If this is actually her "official" account, I have no idea.
