to socialize something ( health , school ...) is not to be socialist or communist .
I say this as in other countries ( like east countries and even Italy or France )... the government control all .... and all ... and this is not good ...

The US is not completely capitalist, but lean strongly to that philosphy. We have some socialist characteristics like social security and medicare/medicaid. Are we a socialist nation? Overall, No. Vermont just elected to the senate, I believe, the first self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders. He runs as an independent. Will the US turn into Cuba, Vietnam and the Soviet Union? No. The US doesn't have that many socialist elements like those nations. Both Reps and Dems advocate a free market and adopt capitalism. Dems want more entitlements for education and a progressive taxation policy, whereas Reps want less gov. reducing taxes for all. You have to decide which theory is best for you and the people.

socialism is all about the common good. all sacrifice a little to help out those in need and everyone benefits. socialism allows for private ownership of businesses and would still allow for entrepenuers and corporations. while the upper class would complain about paying taxes to benefit social programs like schools, health care, and other things for lower class, upper class business owners would benefit from a well-educated, healthy working class.
communism draws from socialism, but there is no chance for private ownership or wealth. everything is owned by the government. there is no profit, only subsistance. Nazism is actually founded on anti-communism and anti-socialist views.
p.s. I consider myself an American socialist

There is a socialist party here. They are a small minority. Actually, the two major political parties, the Democrats and the Republicans, are doing a good job of turning this into a socialist state. They won't tighten up the borders, deport illegals, or police the visa program, and the U. S. taxpayers end up paying for their medical care, education, emergency medical care, housing, and more.

communism is not nazism....
Indian communists are not real communists, they are idiots..
muslims are like nazis..
USA there is no communism, there is socialism invisibly, its a welfare state... People getting good wages for their work, generally nor reason for unhappiness (some kind of problems are common in every society).
There is freedom for all the religion, there are churches, temples and even mosques. They accept all, unless you make unrest in their society. Racism, is relatively low now... far more better than Russia in this case.

Socialism the term that is, means the "welfare state" that is to say that the government takes a % Thur taxation to pay for social programs i.e. health care for the poor, SSN, Medicare, etc.
Whereas in Europe it is synonymous with Marxism(or so i have read in my study of history). Marx himself (although not the creator of socialism) used the term like us dose socialism precedes communism and so on.
Socialism= a given % $ whereas Communism=100% of $

There are some things that are along the ideas of socialism. I think it is funny that there are people concerned with things in this country that are good ideas but label them socialism or communism. That is a something the republican right wants you to think while they run the country as fascists.

Vladamir Putin, is a guy that must be heavily watched, only by truth the former head of the KGB, he's really sharper and smarter than he shall we on to the finest public. Putin is attempting to teach Russia decrease back precise right into a communist state, there are though some previous hardliners from the previous days of communism, that are putting on, hoping for yet another risk to teach Russia decrease back into the communist great it replace into interior the previous the republics broke away. at the same time as the communist were on suitable of subject matters, they even had administration over the persons and each and each and every little situation that they did of their lives, it really is a few thing that Putin as perfect Minister sorely misses. Communism and socialism are two different things. What they did in USSR (communism) is different than what they do in the Netherlands (Socialism)
They got gobbed together during the cold war propaganda drives.
Socialism (everyone puts in for the benefit of all) is opposite of the US system (Every man for himself)
Merry Christmas!

The USA does not ban Political Parties or ideas. I've seen people from the socialist party on ballots. Nobody votes for them, but they're there.
