Yes it is, but there are a lot of different ones. There is a red seal group and a blue seal group. Who signed it matters, as well as what federal reserve bank it was made for. It's grade is also important. To give you an idea the lowest price I see in grade fine is $80.00 and up to$400.00 in the same grade for some rarer ones. You need to take it to a currency dealer. The values I quoted are retail so you would get less. I will give you a dealers email address but it will do you no good unless you can scan the note. i had one about ten years ago and it was worth a big $5.00, you might try finding a website like dollarbill collectors or something like that. good luck
