i work nights and im still trying to get used to sleeping during the day

i had to put a sheet over my window it was too light in my room and i couldnt sleep, it does suck when i have days off

Drink plenty of coffee and answer as many questions as you can.

I get home around 7:30 am. My wife put up a blanket around the window for me, and I also turn on the ceiling fan to block out ambient noise. A lot of coffee early on in your shift works, just because you will be crashing towards the end of shift...., be careful driving home, though. Hope it helps.

yeah, i used to work nights. days off suck because your body wants to sleep, but you know if you do, you'll be thrown way off schedule.

Just try to do what you would normally do with your time- watch tv, get some chores done, maybe find a store that's open 24 hours, etc. You'll get more used to it in a few weeks. Good luck!

idk i would really like to know cuz my mom is working nights sometimes and she cant stay awake... she drinks a lot of red bulls and um monster energy drinks maybe they work for you
