You're obviously going through a lot right now. Talk about what's on your mind to a counselor. Getting stuff off your chest makes you less likely to dwell on it. Keeping eating healthy too.

As for the sleeping problem, try this idea:
Get up one hour earlier tomorrow. Whenever you feel sleepy go to bed. The next night, if you still go to bed too late, get up 2 hours earlier. If you still go to bed late, get up even earlier. As the days go by, you should be making yourself more tired at earlier times in the night. Once you begin to feel sleepy at more desired hours, set a bedtime that will give you your needed amount of sleep. In the meantime, put on your pj's, turn the lights down, and do something relaxing before bed (Sometimes reading something boring or hard to read while in bed puts me to sleep). Avoid sleeping in and napping in the afternoon and evening. Eat dinner at least 2 hours before bed and exercise (swimming will wear you out) at least 3 hours before bed. If you can't sleep, stay in bed and read a book for 20 minutes, then try it again. Last resort (only for emergencies): use a sleep aid like Tylenol PM as directed.

I hope this helps you. Keep your head up. Remember, stressful situations at 16 make you stronger for the stressful situations at 18, 21, 25, etc. If you need to talk, you can email me.

Good luck,

With the hot low capability bulbs that's totally very nearly impossible to overload a change reason the place might you install fifty 4 lights furniture. the only time you will possibly desire to rigidity is once you get one hundred-a hundred and twenty watts bulbs then you truly can in straightforward terms have 5-6 lights furniture.

Probably be a good idea to have a good checkup with your family Doctor. This could be nothing, but there are some conditions that present with these symptoms. Sugar levels in your blood should be checked, thyroid hormone levels should be checked and one other thing - if you are in sports, make sure you are well hydrated - in other words, drink LOTS of liquids -. preferably just plain ol' water. And good for you to make sure you eat a good diet. Please see your Doc. and hope you get to feeling well again!
