WE ARE GROWING IN ALL THE FIELDS AND UP TO 2010 WE GROW MORE. BUT WHAT IS THE GOAL OF GROWTH WE OURSELVES DO NOT KNOW. FOR WHICH WE ARE SELLING OUR CULTURE AND SECURITY SYSTEM OF OUR COUNTRY.

If you are talking about the targets of our government then hopefully but we all know at times politicians play with numbers better than the mathematicians . Not just that, no country in the world is operating in isolation. So, even if everything is perfect, the situation of other countries can have adverse effects.
We all know what effect it will have on India if outsourcing is banned though we all know our man-power has added value to the foreign companies. Recent fall in the stock-market is another example.
As for other fields of growth, India is doing good and to the unknowns or new fields India will definitely venture into. Even IT and Bio-tech were not very significant in Indian market a few years back.

I believe that India will reach a greater economic status, perhaps not as soon as 3 years time, as 2006 is coming to an end. But India has a lot of capabilities to reach a higher level of economic supremacy, due to the language in India is partly English speaking allowing, American and English companies to easily train and hire Indian workers, in sense of economic advantage that is a key towards they gaining on China in development of products, and will prove to grow along side with China during this process.

I disagree with your question because India is achieving great economic growth now - up to 10% per year.

Now if your question is really about a great economy as a whole, economy not growth, then No, it will take a tad longer, but it will happen, and its not too far away (10-20 years)
