I suggest you talk to a nutritionist. Don't bother going into a GNC as they will sell you everything on the shelf. Find a professional that works at Lindburg Nutrition or something of the sort.
Otherwise, it may not be the best advice, but I know that creatine is often used by those who have difficulty gaining weight. For one, creatine increases the amount of ATP your muscles produce. Secondly, creatine often results in water retention, thereby giving a larger appearance. I recommend drinking plenty of fluids if you do decide to do this. Check into it first though. Good luck.

First of all, do not eat heaps of junk food to help you gain weight because that will make you end up making you feel bloated. Maybe you just have a smaller build, but if it's muscles your concerned with then hire a personal trainer, or go to your local weight watchers or doctor etc and maybe they could give you some info on gaining weight.
Hope this helps!

Well Jacob, you are doing the right thing about eating well and exercising, but if you want to eat a lot of pasta and bread. You want to eat things with a lot of starch. But make sure that you stay on the exercising as well. You will want to gain wait but you will wait it to be in muscle and not in fat.

Whey, Protein etc work well, have a shake inbetween meals,
MuscleTechs MASSTECH is the best i think, each serving with milk has about 4000Kj... ... thats alot, but u need to weight train and excercise too.
and dont forget your healthy normal meals, every 2.5hrs meal, then shake, meal shake for 6 "meals a day...."
as long as u got more kj going in that what you exert, ull get bigger...
the "experts" say about 16000kj are needed daily to gain, or about 4000 calories

Why not make an appointment with an endocrinologist? He/she can evaluate you and perhaps help you. Believe it or not, within 20 years or so, you will have a lot of weight and a pot belly, to boot.
