First, you need to write a good business plan to make sure your business won't just fail miserably. With that 20 pages document in hand, have it reviewed by a business consultant (best if you have a friend in business). The business plan will tell you how much money you need and how much you will be making, if everything goes to plan.

To find the money:

1. Save up from other jobs!
2. Ask your relatives.
3. Ask your friends. You can propose them a share of the business.
4. Find some business partner someone you know can connect you with.
5. Head to the bank and find out about getting a loan.
6. Venture Capitalists... but they usually go to pre-existing companies that have already started up.

If you are serious about your idea, go for the bank or wealthy people you know. They will also add a level of re-assurance since they will also look over your plan and won't lend you the money if it doesn't seem it's going to work.
