here it continues itold my hubby everything a day before my marriage and he told me nothing and married me but now i was in usa illegal i cant study i cant do anything i cant go back bcoz i am illegal here and iam not happy with my husband bcoz we have totally diffrent thoughts and we cant sit peacfully for 5 min if we sit toghether for 5 min 6th min we start fighting for anything he is cruel so hot headed tat he dont care about anything when he is mad ha can brake or kill anything so then i started calling my lover again and he still loves me and waiting for me to come back otherwise he will not marry anyone else .what should i do should i leave this guy go back but how can i go back but sometimes i think that if i work here i can earn good money and make my parents happy but i dont under stand anything what should i do and i have done 12th standard with medical.and that is it after that i got married can someone pls solve my life's puzzule.with good solution REST IS ON ANOTHER QUES

ok i gave you an answer on your other question, but to add to that, you can always go back. just turn yourself in to immigration and say that you were brought here against your will and you want to go back. you'll be on the first plane out of here. however...if you want to stay....legally....i'd suggest finding a lonely american and getting married. obviously it hasn't bothered you to marry someone you dislike before and since your illegally here you can just tell them you were never married....then after your residency goes through, get a divorce...its not like a million other people haven't done the same thing...

You had not explained how you entered into US.. You might have entered on H4 of F4 visa.. and it might have expired. Dont worry, please know your's country embassy address and move there you will definitely get the help there. They will deport you to your home town by bearing their charges only, They may collect them after dropping you at your home town. If you cannot move to your embassy, meet the cops in the US and tell the situation, so that they will help you. Any way Keep hope and dont be afraid

refer to my earlier answer. what u can do is to contact Indian embassy or any indians other than ur husband's friends. take their help. if ur lover is really loving u...then u should somehow come back and go with him. U donot have to worry about others.
U can lodge complaint that u were brought illegally to USA. then they will take care of them.

Go home, health and happiness and PEACE of mind is more important than all the money in the world. You can always find a decent job home. Although it will not pay as much, you will have what money cannot buy- PEACE OF MIND.

I feel very sorry for you because of your condiction now but as a good friend i like to give some suggestion dont think bad of me I feel that you should live your husbund and go to your love because and dont think of the money earning because money is not every thing in life their is great thing is love dont you think that your parents needs money more money to servive but you can get your parent with you and give as much as you can to your parents but not with the person who is not your good husbund live him and get back to your love and marry him and as your lover knows about you and your life and still wants to marry you (the real person who loves you is he your love) so get back to him by giving devose to your husbund and come back to the love with your parents and live the happy life but you have to work also as a parttime or as a full time basis to survive your parents so that your love should not fell burden of your parents and i know that if your love loves you this much than he will also like your parents.(so go back to your love and work hard) and live happly with your parents and love at his place.
