Since the definition of "even" is "divisible by 2 with no remainder", any number that is "even" must also be an integer. Therefore, there is no difference.

an even number is any number that is divisible by 2 without leaving a remainder. An integer is any number that is non-fractional. Hence, even number by default falls into the category of an integer. Thus, there is no difference between an even number and an even integer.

5.2, 5.4, 5.6,17.2= even numbers
2,4,6,8=even integers.

integers just means whole numbers. any number is even if it ends in an "even number," thus the decimal point can make an even number.
