We have a thing called "BRAIN" this brain is divided in to conscious and subconscious mind. We all have different habits. Habits are generated from mind.
Our writing is related with neuro muscular movement. They are related with the personality trait and neurological Brian pattern represent each trait. Each pattern produces a different nuero muscular movement when we write these patterns occurs.
Our writing style or stroke represent that tiny pattern which is different from person to person.

Handwritting can only do a vague stereotype of the person.
But this is how it works:
If the handwriting is sloppy, then the person is sloppy or doesn't like wasting time on the little details, etc...
If handwritting is neat then they are neat or a prefectionist, etc...
Warning:
Do not judge people with this technique. For exapmle my handwritting is not neat but I am neat with everythong else.

by the words, the context, the structure and the style of the words written each tells you something about the person.
also excessive use of a full stop indicates bluntness and stored anger even if the words are non agressive.

It's all about structure , style of handwriting....the more clear handwriting you have that shows that you are very calm with youreslf and yet more organized.
