Only if you electricity through the spider. Moving electric fields create magnetic fields. With enough voltage, you can cause electricity to run through anything, including some poor spider.

Just the fictional Spiderman. Pigeons have tiny magnetic particles in their beaks that help them navigate. I couldn't find any info on spiders being capable of creating a magnetic field.

All living organisms, plant and animal, create a magnetic field by their very existance.
Electrical impulses create a magnetic field, and all living things (while alive) have electrical impulses throughout their being.

-It's also (electrical impulses) what allow you to think and move.
