I'm new at this website, but I have noticed the many questions about babies names. I can't say I care for this name. Personally I prefer more traditional names. The need for parents to make their childs name so different has gone way overboard. Manessa is not the worst I've seen on yahoo! answers, but oh well, it's your baby.

LMAO at brandon...well it is like you are trying to say vanessa but it comes out as manessa....and vanessa is a damn common name.. think more i am sure you will come up with a more original name than that.

her school friends will be calling her Man for short. do you really want that? think ahead to the childs school years. kids can be cruel. think of everything that rhymes with the name you choose and pay attention to the initials. try to think of anything an 8 year old could say to be mean.

I really like that name. I always tried to hunt names that are unusual and I have never heard of this name. I really think it is a nice name.

I love it. It is unique without being too hard to write or pronounce. It kinda reminds me of one of Jacob's son's names, Manessah. You know, from the Bible.
