Run a scan on trojan, virus, ad-ware. And, stop pop-ups with a pop-up blocker.

Your popup blocker may not be on, if it is then you might want to scan for spyware

have you tried using a pop up blocker at all? i got one by downloading the yahoo tool bar. other sites like google offer pop up blockers on their tool bars as well.
