It depends on what year you are in school. If you have received an undregraduate degree (or will in the coming year), and really are as clever as you say, you can apply for a Fulbright Fellowship to do research and take classes abroad for a year. They (typically) pay for your airfare and provide a monthly stipend that should be sufficient to live on. Unfortunately the application deadline for the coming year has passed. Considering applying for the 2008-2009 school year. Deadlines are in October (apply through your college).

If you are a native English speaker and 17 or older, you can travel to a country that hires native speakers to be Oral English teachers. These jobs usually require little or no experience and pay a salary that is significantly higher than the cost of living in these countries, you can then hire tutors or enroll in a local school part-time. Currently the easiest English teaching jobs to be had are in Asia, particularly China. There is a HUGE demand for English teachers in CHina, and the salaries are relatively quite high compared to cost of living, and usually include an apartment and airfare to and from the country. See the site listed below and do some googling to learn more about teaching English abroad as a means to study for "free."

You may be veeery clever, but only in the USA do we welcome foreigners with open arms and provide free educations at taxpayer expense. No other country provides this same benefit.

Don't be deceived by anybody that America will provide you with free education. If you are very brilliant, you can get a scholarship and i believe that scholarship everywhere in the world is usually free.Getting a scholarship in a foreign country isn't easy because your culture, race and other issues can hold against you.it is just a competition and the fittest survives,so good luck.you may survive.
