You may need to replace the CMOS battery on your computer's motherboard. In that case, you'll need to open up your computer, remove the current battery (looks like a watch battery) and replace with identical one.

Double click the clock in the tray or go to Control Panel and select "Date and Time" (in classic view)
Click the "Internet Time" tab, and check the box next to "automatically synchronize with an Internet time server".
In the box next to Server it should say "time.windows.com" (if it doesn't, put it there) and then click "Update" (you must be online).
Click apply to save.

If this doesn't work, then replace your battery in your motherboard. You can find instructions by googling.
