Walking around your place of residence nude is not "nasty" and in no way should you be ashamed. However, if it makes others uncomfortable than you should take that into consideration.
Being her sister's house, though, her sister can do whatever she wants and if your girlfriend doesn't like it than you two need to find your own place.

Would'nt want to be a part of divided love.Her sister is in her own home.Whatever possessed you to strip off your clothing and be part of the household?I'd have thought adhereing to my g/f wishes would be paramount in your behavior
