Not doing things like you did this year. What I mean is Art shell did the best thing ever for the raiders and that was get rif of Kerry Collins. Then followed it up by the wrost move getting Aaron Brooks. Continue to lose draft Brady Quinn or Troy Smith or someone of that calibur and rebuild the O-line. Once you can do that Randy and Jerry will quit crying and catch some balls. Oh and it is getting close to time for a running back also. maybe a late first round back or early second round. BUT DEFINATLEY GET A QB AND SOME O-LINEMEN!!!

I stay in LAs Vegas and we get all of the Raiders and Broncos video games on pre season television. except the Bronocs get some severe prepare time in they don't seem to be going to conquer anybody this year. they are very poorly coached this year and seem to be puzzled. Raiders began off with a bang, and now they are in a funk too. The Raiders have a average area,as they have accomplished ok at situations in pre seasson. the place Denver has accomplished certainly no longer something.

A new QB would be a start. A new head coach would be a good second. Trade Moss, keep Porter. The defence is good. So concentrate on the offence in trades and the draft. Al Davis also needs to take a step back or he will no longer be around when his beloved Raiders are finally ready to challenge for another Superbowl title.

First let the coach do his job and get Al Davis to let go of the puppet strings. Then get rid of all the headache players on that team even though that is where they all belong and the raiders deserve each and every one of them.

A revamped offense, preferably (for them) not one directed by a B&B manager. And a new coach as well, but who has the guts to tackle that job..

Al Davis has to go. The game of football passed him by years ago.
