You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

Disable your anti virus program at start up. Though do it at your own risk. Other wise, disable the reporting tool used in it. What's the software you used?

disabling virus alert will create your computer more trouble. You should tell us what that alert says, so you can do something about it.

its most probably a spyware u have installed. tey to remember the latest free software u instaled go to control panel add/remove program and uninstall it.. if that doesnt help go to lavasoftusa.com and get the free removal tool
