Why do we weep sometimes when we are happy. Any psychological reasons?

I don't know about psycological but I love the saying "Our hearts are so full it spills out our eyes" It's cute and just something to think about.

there is no psychological reasoning to this at all. its a defect in the tear ducts that occurred in the womb.
