I have a well paid job in dubai. My wife and me were happy one year back living here. She has recently delivered a baby girl in india and unfortunately baby girl has fetal problem and would not survive. My wife cant come to Dubai since medication of baby is important. My younger bro has been passed away two years back and parents are alone in india. I cant concentrate on work. Shall I leave the job and go back to home to live in with them? Or continue working here and keep supporting them financially?

You need to be with your wife and baby. They say no man ever put on his tombstone "I wish I had spent more time at work." Be with your wife...she needs you.

Life is not that easy ..I know you are in crisis and people in such situations cant think properly if I were in your shoes I would do the following
1- Take an urgent leave from your work to be with your wife in such hard time
2- don't leave the work now . look for another job while you are in this job , or you can bring your family to you in Dubai .the most important thing is to be with your family and be able supporting them
3- don't lose control remember you need your job and you are lucky to have well payed job
4- This crisis is temporary and nothing remains the same in life .things changes and be sure it will change for the best ...don't feel weak because your wife and family are depending on you
wish you luck

I would take a visit home to access the situation then make a move from there. Talk to your wife and family about what you are considering doing and see what they say. Family is far more important over money. Can you find the same kind of job where your wife and family are? If it were me, I'd go home and be with my family ... it sounds like they need you ... not the money.

it is okay to feel that way.

you have to be practical. u r supporting you family.. and it won't guarrantee you to have a better job if u'd resign.

u r the one they are relying on.. so just focus and endure.

besides choosing to work, does not mean you don't choose your family.. u actually choose them, that's why you work hard and do everything to support them .. because you love them that's why you work hard for them.

if you could get a job there in india which can also support your family..then take it, but you should resign if u already have a new job. don't jump off, if you're not still sure of your security.

just pray to GOD, and you'll be blessed with the things you and your family need.

=)

Family always comes first, if you dont have a family, you dont have any one to work for and support financially.
