I do not want my addressees to see each other's email addresses. I know that many people have no qualms about grabbing my email addresses and using them for their own. I hate that so am trying to be more discrete in handling multiple mailouts. Thank you.

Don't use to TO block, use BCC (Blind Courtesy Copy). Now you won't see a BCC block to begin with. Open a new email like you are going to send it to someone, look under View, and check All Headers. Now you will see a BCC block. Put the addresses in it. When each person gets your email, instead of their name on it, it will say Undisclosed Recipient."

.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. When you are ready to insert addresses click the word To:
2. A window will open with your address book on the left, and three windows on the right.
3. In the left select the address > click it > then click the right window BCC: >
the address will go into the BCC: window
4. When you are finished inserting addresses click ok
5. YOU can see all of the addresses now
at the top of your email in the BCC window
but the recipients will ONLY see their own name
and it will look like:
JoeBlo; undisclosed recipient

To test, send one to yourself this way
and you will be able to see the proof

Put all your contacts in BCC and that should do the trick...

Click on insert address and place the addresses in the BCC block... then it becomes available.
