..from a six hour nap! I came home from school, slept around 5 and woke up around 11 .. the thing is, I have no idea how I'm going to fall back asleep! I'm wide awake now haha . Any suggestions will be much appreciated. (ex. drinking warm milk?)

You have slept your share of hours for the day. Hmm, maybe it's a good idea to catch up with those must do list or read your favourite book which is now collecting dust?

Learn from it. Next time just go to bed earlier say 8pm and you will feel a whole heap more refreshed!

Warm milk will help but you can drink it cold if warm doesn't appeal to you. Also if you have it drink some Tension Tamer tea by Celestial Seasonings that will also help. Or if you have any catnip and a teaball, put some of the catnip in the teaball pour near boiling water in the cup and let it brew for about 5 minutes.
Sweeten with honey or what ever you might want to use.
Bring the tea to bed and get in bed, drink your tea and when you start to feel sleepy turn out the light and you should sleep.

That happened to me once and i took some sleeping pills and i ended up falling back asleep but the thing was that i was so tired in the morning because i over slept. So i won't do that. Try taking a warm bath and then laying in bed reading.

I understand. Go for a little walk or do something physical to trick your brain into thinking you have been awake all this time, have a cup of herb chamomile tea, or if you don't have that, a glass of warm milk, have a bubble bath, relax and and take a boring book to bed

Take a hot bath, drink some herbal tea or warm milk, maybe even hot chocolate. Read something if reading's not your thing (I know it's mine, and it keeps me UP!).

You might have to stay up and just go to bed when you get tired. Get up at your normal time and DON'T take a nap tomorrow. Then hopefully your internal clock will be reset and you can get back to your normal routine.

The best way is to get a nice warm bath, a good steamy romance novel , some candles, and maybe something to drink of the alcohol veriety. then masturbate.
That should make you tired. if not lather, rinse, repeat.

I find reading really helps, especially if it's something quite dry or scholastic. Try reading the encylopaedia aloud to yourself; you'll be asleep before 'banana'!

If you know a complete song, try to remember it and sing in in your mind (not aloud). OR read a book.
