I think probably deal or no deal. With say 2 or 3 people winning up to 3 million per episode.. I know its hit or miss. However, you have 12 teams, with maybe a few hundred each per leg.. so 2400. Then airline tickets at the last minute so we'll say 5000 per person. So 60,000 for just one flight per episode. Then with promotions and we'll just say 100,000 for all the tasks.. or even up to 500,000 for all the personel..etc... but it still isn't anywhere near a million. ... and even if you added another million it isn't still anywhre near 3 million.

no deal would cost more to produce. But then you have got all the advertisements; plus the lucky case text in thing which cost 99 cents each time to do, I saw numbers one time that said that they get about 1.2 million hits on the cell phone lucky number game during a show, with another 1.8 million being online which is free. The you have the models to pay for, the dresses, which the models do get to keep for their work, so that takes care of some of their pay, other people behind the scenes, plus equipment and upkeep. Plus with No Deal being a top rated show on NBC they can pull in the big advertising bucks. Also, how many people actually win more than $200,000 and how many have won the top prize?

Amaizing race has several teams all being followed by two crews each. They don't have a studio or "live audence" most of their cost is involved with getting the teams to their destinations, paying those places for the use of their facilities, crew salaries, and equipment upkeep. If one of their in-field camera breaks down bad enough they have to completely replace it that could cost up to $70,000 for a DVC-HD Pro which they use. Their big prize isn't paid out until the end of the season, instead of possibly every night as with No Deal. They do have the endorsements from companies that provide them stuff for free, just so it can be seen in action on tv, which save them money in the long run though.

Sorry man, I think that you may have lost on this one.

maybe deal or nodeal bc amazing race they can get discounts on air fare and they drive also sometimes and i bet that the gas cards are free bc that is free comercial time for the gas companies.I do not think they carry money on them. For the money that they give away im sure they can get a tax break on it or something it is covered in some form or fashion. They do not have to pay a bunch of people in a studio or studio time to flim the race. Where as deal or no deal as a bunch of people in the studio who have to work it the camrea men the GIRLS which im sure they do get paid the studio time the air time and plus the money that goes out too and the lights. SO maybe deal or no deal would be more expensive. PLUS you got people winning money so that would make it costly also.

Deal or No Deal has a prize budget, and Amazing Race has a prize budget. Deal or No Deal has a film crew and Amazing Race has a film crew. Deal or No Deal has a group of on-camera models. Amazing race has a large crew following a large group of contestants around the globe. Deal or No Deal typically flies in relatives and puts them up for the night. Amazing race has to pay hotel accommodations for all their staff...

But Amazing Race has to have international lawyers to make sure that they are following local customs and have the right to do the stunts they do plus hiring locally takes time and money. I'd say Amazing Race.
