Carmella,
just because the doctor's don't know what it is doesn't mean it is anything sinister like a cancer etc. It may just be a fatty lump of tissue and completley benign (harmless) The doctors have made an urgent refferal to hospital, because they want to loose no time in diagnosing the problem. The fact that NOTHING showed up in the blood test is a VERY good sign. One of the tests they would have performed would have been a test for cancer.
In my experience these things usually turn out OK.
I am sorry, but I am not a christian, however my best wishes go out to both of you, though I am sure he will be fine. Try not to worry.

First of all I will pray for you and your husband. Secondly God is not doing this to you or your husband. The bible says that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of Lights from above. Now I will tell you that I too had a lump on my neck that was worrysome bu found out it was not a tumor or cancerous and had it removed. It has started to return but I know that God is in control and will take care of it himself or if I get around to it he will have a doctor take care of it. Don't worry trust God.

First and foremost, I am so sorry to hear about your husband.
I will pray that your husband will be healed in Jesus' name. Remember, by HIS stripes we are healed!
God does put things in our lives to wake up our faith. So many things have happened to me this year. I cannot even tell you how much I have went through. But it is how I went through them that counts.
He is looking to see where you are in your faith.
Ask yourself these questions:
Are you grateful in spite of what is happening to your husband?
Will you continue to love and praise God in spite of what the doctor says?
Will you continue to have a relationship with God?
I am quite sure that you have answered these questions in a positive manner.
Don't be scared. God is in control of everything. Just believe and have faith that when you go to thee doctor on December 14th that all will be well.
Be encouraged, read his word everyday, and the most important PRAY and get closer to God like never before.
He has put you two together for a reason and you will be victorious!
Please if you can email me and let me know how everything has worked out I would be so appreciative. My email is yedwards06@yahoo.com.
Hope this helps you!
God Bless.....

I will pray for him no doubt. I would recommend that you do not worry too much either. I had two friends who had the same thing (strangely enough, one had one removed today). Both were absolutely fine. Doctor's are supposed to act urgently because even in rare cases they have to be careful. I am certain you will get a happy result from this. Please write me at thatartistwin@aol.com and let me know.....my name is Jan. I will be praying and hoping for a good result for you and your loving hubby!

I have just prayed for your Husband, and have a great feeling everything will be alright. Please dont put this on God bad things happen to alot of good people, Sometimes I think God puts us through trials to see how devoted we are to him. Keep your head up and keep praying God loves you, make sure no matter what you still Love him.

I have said a little prayer for your husband already.
I do hope everything goes well for him at the hospital, all you can do is be there for him,he is going to need you either way.
He will be just as frightened as you ,if not more.
God bless you both, and be with you.

My heart goes out to you and I'm sorry you have to go thru this right now. I said a prayer and I'm sure many others will to, don't listen to the negative ones on that. These things often aren't anything serious.

***** HELLO *****
I HAD THAT TOO!!!!
I had a lump the size of a pea for a long time. Never changed. It was on the side of my windpipe. It was benign (not bad) but it could turn bad at any time. I had a cyst in my Thyroid.
BTW...GOD doesn't do anything to anybody. Stuff just happens.
