I dont think its a Bears jacket.
I went to watch the video when I saw your question and of course I wanted to see a cute CB jacket but.....
I am pretty sure its Cinncinati Reds apparel. Since the colors of the video are all red and black..... If you look at the jacket it looks more red than orange. The Reds also have a logo thats strangely similar to the Bears'.

I hope you're kidding. You don't actually expect people to know where to get THAT EXACT JACKET do you??? Hahaha wow! Talk about high expectations!!!!!!

look on e-bay there doesnt seem to be any better place than that. they seem to have everything.good luck and i hope you find what your looking for
