I upgraded to the new one and it sucks. I want to be able to open a new window from the explorer window with the same info as my current page so I can multitask, but the new one doesn't allow for this. Besides, it crashes all the time! Arrrgh! haha

Does anyone know how to redownload the previous version?

3) what is the OS

4) IE 7 is the latest , please install all the latest patches after installing ie 7 , perform IE updates

5) Reboot the system and check for the performance.

Get an installer and use it. You can actually get one from retail shop of any Windows retailer. Afterall, you're their customer, and it's free with your windows CD. Choose Windows 98 SE for instance, you'll get what you want.
