My man friend,withdraws sulks and rolls his eyes after an argument,he performs more than most women i know,it really erks me,should men be more emotional than women,or is it something else?

Hi some people do dislike the fact that their happy train of thoughts have been broken by negative influences like an argument. They can't get over the fact, that they got into an argument.
Actually by sulking, they are actually disliking themselves for that.It affects their self-esteem.
So try this for a change, next time this happens, you actually forget the argument and try to be appreciative of him for other good things he did and also let him know that by arguing with you, he does not become a bad man. May be that will help.
Also in conflict management, it is better to discontinue a conversation going nowhere for both parties

Men have feelings just like women; however in cases such as these I'd say he might want to re-evaluate his masculinity issues. Maybe and i'm saying just maybe he has a hidden secret desire or just secret you don't know about. Good luck though.

I'd say he's either acting like a big baby, or a drama queen....take your pick both are childish! Just so you know it erks me too....men should be MEN!

Maybe he has alot going on and when he shows emotion it all comes out.Is he the sort that bottles things inside? That could be the problem.Or maybe he has a mental issue.Try talkin it out with him and see what the underlying issue is.Good Luck with it
