You need to find something, anything that can help you chill out. Just remember, alot of stress is not good for you and especially not good for the baby. Stress can cause premature labor. Good Luck to you and congrats on your baby.

Maybe you should speak with your doctor about this?
How do you feel otherwise? If it's just stress...do whatever it takes to make you calm, relaxed, and happy. Do something just for YOURSELF for a change. And make sure the people around you know and UNDERSTAND how you feel...they should be willing to help you relax! I personally tried taking walks on the beach, going to the movies, taking walks around Disneyland (I had an annual pass), etc.
I was under and INSANE amount of stress while I was pregnant, I felt like I was going nuts and no one seemed to understand...it was very very bad. It ended up causing my blood pressure to go out of control, which was horrible since I then developed SEVERE preeclampsia and I ended up in the hospital and had to deliver my daughter at just 27 weeks (she's fine now though).
I don't mean to scare you at all...I just want you to be aware that stressing too much will cause some definite problems for you and your baby. I hope you can relax...I wish you the best!

Depends on what is making you stressed... What changed 3 weeks ago? A nice vacation at a spa/hotel, even for 2 or 3 days might work wonders (unless you're stressing about money)...
If you can't think of anything causing it, see a doctor. Maybe he can give you some short term meds to help you pull yourself together and get on with life...
Good luck!

I would talk to your doctor sounds like a hormone problem being your pregnant. Women go though all kinds of changes when they are pregnant.
I doubt you are losing your mind even though it might feel that way. A lot of us get that way at times and we aren't pregnant. But, do check it out for yourself and your baby.

Anything traumatic happen three weeks ago, deaths? Lots of pressure at work? People aren't acting normally around you?
Try to talk to someone you know really well, and you can trust, and talk out with them why you feel the way you might feel, and one thought of how you could've gotten that way!
I wish the best of luck for you!

You are pregnant, it happens, your hormones are flippin' out.
Don't wait, go by your Dr and tell him. there are non medical things you can do to calm down.....
Remember just three months and it is over again....If you are married or a sig other tell them they MUST give you some relief so you can chill. Practice the same breathing as if you wewre delivering. just breathe slow and relax.

Have a nice cup of tea, take some deep breaths... and remember that most of what you are stressing about won't even happen.....if it continues try getting some medical help. :o)
