I downloaded Yahoos' IE and it said it was executable and may cause viruse on the computer, so where should I go to download a safe IE browser?

It is safe if you downloaded it from Yahoo. Windows is just warning you that executable files CAN contain viruses. If they are from reputable sources they don't as a rule!

I'd recommend Mozilla Firefox. You can get it at www.mozilla.com. It's the best, and most secure browser out there. Next time you get that "are you sure you want to open this because it's an executable file", it's okay to click okay, as long as you know what you're downloading is legit. Example, YahooIE is okay, porn=viruses.

that warning is stupid, it is like saying "You are about to eat something. It might contain harmful bacteria".

Your mom's food is safe; stuff you pull out of garbage is not.

Same with downloads - files from Yahoo site are ok, super-cool-thingie from a website in ending in .cz is not.
