To answer the second person's question. They would drive with the lights off because during the day they have to be one. But I don't believe you would drive with them off. Maybe with the hazards on. But I havn't known many a funeral to be held at night...just wakes.

Not in Kentucky. You drive at night with your headlights off.
Also, since Auto Manufacturers replaced the floorboard dimmerswitches with steering wheel dimmer switches on vehicles, these are banned in Kentucky because drivers kept getting their feet stuck in the steering wheel.

no the common practice is to use your brights. it was dark out the day we buried my father and the cops had us turn on our brights. it was like 6pm, but thanks to daylight savings it was already dark out.
